Day 3, still going strong … 3.6 lbs. gone in two days is no small feat! I did get out for a short walk this evening and planning to go to yoga tonight. I cheated again today – I actually had bread – but I did turn down donuts that were shoved in my face and someone pressuring me to eat one, so I still consider today a win!
I can’t wait to be back in the 160s, where I haven’t been in years … I know I can do it!
